Refund policy
I really hope that you love your new items, I have put in a lot of love, care and attention into each handmade item I have created. Returns will only be accepted when the product is defective and has a major fault. If your find your item has a major fault I will refund, repair or replace it - just contact me at dani@jdscreations.com.au and I will be happy to help.
Due to the nature of fabric and pattern designs, small differences in the print placement will occur between each item, returns for change of mind, including incorrect sizing, fabric or style will not be accepted. Please ensure that you check the size charts and fabric scale images listed on each item.
Deposits paid on custom made to order items are non refundable.
If you need to send the faulty item back to me I will reimburse your return postage costs once I have the item back with me. I can only cover actual postage costs so do try to reuse the bag it is sent in so that you don't have to buy additional packaging.
Contact is to be made with me within 7 days of receiving your order and products that are returned for repair or refund are to be in their original condition with all tags attached. Please make sure that the item is unworn and unwashed. Any item showing signs of wash and wear will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
Once a return is approved and your item is sent back to me, I will inspect and confirm I have received your item within 48 hours. I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, repair or replacement at this time. If approved, your refund will be processed against the original method of payment within 14 working days.
We do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, repair or exchange.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
